All of the products are added to the minced meat and the onions and potatoes are finely grated. Mix well with a spoon.
Leave the mixture in the fridge for half an hour. Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture and fry the scoops in heated oil.
When the meatballs aquire an appetizing color on one side, turn them over and fry them, until they turn do on the other as well.
Serve them with a salad or another garnish of your choice.
The meatballs with yogurt are ready.
