Ingredients

  • minced meat - about 2.2 lb (1 kg) of pork
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • onion - 2 tbsp., finely chopped
  • yogurt - 2 - 3 tbsp.
  • baking soda - 1 pinch, no more
  • salt - by taste, if the minced meat is unsalted
  • bread - 2 - 3 slices
  • ground black pepper
  • parsley - 1 large bunch
  • savory herb - or cumin
  • water - about 1/4 cup, cold, or carbonated water or beer
  • chili pepper - optional
  • flour - for rolling

How to make

Put the minced meat in a container, crack the eggs, add the onion, mix the yogurt with the soda, until it activates and also add it, soak the slices of bread in water, then squeeze them and crumble them.
