How to make
Chop the onions and parsley finely. Cut the meat into pieces and put it through a meat grinder. Put it in a bowl, add the onions, parsley, spices, egg and breadcrumbs.
Knead, add 1 tbsp of alcohol and knead a mince for meatballs.
Shape round meatballs roughly the same size.
Heat oil in a deep pan and place the meatballs in it.
Fry them on all sides until ready and until they get a nice brown color.
Take them out onto paper towels and drain.
Serve with beer and fries.
