  • rum essence - a few drops
  • lemon essence - a few drops
  • coconut - for rolling

How to make

For the keto biscuits with coconut, beat the egg whites with a fork, until the mixture turns white, add the flour, erythritol, the essences and stir.

It should become thick enough, so that it can be shaped with wet hands.

Shape small balls and roll them in coconut.

Press the coconut biscuits onto baking paper to make them flat and bake them in a preheated oven at 320°F (160°C).
