Ingredients

  • avocado - 1 large pc. (well ripened)
  • bananas - 1/2 pc. (ripe)
  • organic cocoa - 3 or 4 tbsp.
  • maple syrup - 1/3 cup. (honey or liquid stevia, but half the quantity)
  • sliced almonds - 1/2 cup

How to make

Put the avocado and banana in a blender and blend, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Add the maple syrup to the mixture, stir and then add the cocoa.

The resulting chocolate mousse is distributed into small bowls and sprinkled with sliced almonds.

The healthy chocolate mousse is left in the refrigerator before consumption.
