  • dates - 30, about 4/5 cup (200 g), pitted, unsweetened
  • peanut butter - 5 tbsp, unsweetened
  • dark chocolate - 2.5 oz (70 g)
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp
  • coconut flakes - 3 tbsp, for rolling

How to make

Put all the ingredients, excluding the coconut flakes, in a powerful blender or chopper and blend until you get a velvety mixture (about 5 min).

Form balls of the desired size and roll them in the coconut flakes.

Leave them in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
