"Delicious muffins, which are suitable even for people suffering from diabetes"

Ingredients

  • yolks - 1 pc.
  • egg whites - 3 pcs.
  • stevia - 1 tsp.
  • vanilla - 1 packet (2 g)
  • oil - 1 tbsp.
  • cornstarch - 5 tbsp.
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • water - 3 tbsp.
  • jam with sweetener - 3 - 4 tbsp. (optional)

How to make

In a bowl, mix the egg whites, yolk, water, stevia, oil and water.

Beat and add the cornstarch and baking powder. Beat again.

Fill half of the muffin tins with this mixture.

Pour 1/2 tsp. of jam in the middle of each mold and pour a little of the muffin mixture on top.

Bake the muffins at 360°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes, until they aquire a golden color.
