How to make
In a bowl, mix the egg whites, yolk, water, stevia, oil and water.
Beat and add the cornstarch and baking powder. Beat again.
Fill half of the muffin tins with this mixture.
Pour 1/2 tsp. of jam in the middle of each mold and pour a little of the muffin mixture on top.
Bake the muffins at 360°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes, until they aquire a golden color.
