Ingredients

  • eggs - 1 pc. + 2 egg whites
  • bananas - 1 pc.
  • cottage cheese - 6.7 oz (190 g)
  • protein - 1 dose (1.1 oz ~ 30 g) or cottage cheese & cocoa
  • cocoa - 0.9 oz (25 g)
  • honey - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • baking powder - 1 1/2 tsp.
  • oreo cookies - (Crispy & Thin)

How to make

Mash the banana in a bowl.

In another bowl, beat the egg and egg whites and add them to the banana.

Mix and add the rest of the products without the Oreo cookies.

Mix well again and distribute the resulting mixture into muffin tins.

Break the cookies on top and bake the Oreo protein muffins in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 25 minutes.
