Ingredients

  • roasted pumpkin - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • protein - 1 dose
  • cocoa - 0.5 oz (15 g)
  • hazelnut oil - 1 oz (30 g) (another oil or tahini of your choice)
  • stevia - or another sweetener of choice
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • walnuts - 0.4 oz (10 g) for sprinkling

How to make

In a bowl, mash the roasted pumpkin.

Add the remaining products without the walnuts and mix everything well.

Pour the resulting mixture into a baking pan onto baking paper.

Grind the walnuts and sprinkle the delicious brownie with them.

Put it to bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C), until it is fully baked.
