How to make
Heat the milk with the sugar. Pour the cream into a bowl and dissolve the pudding in it.
Once the milk boils, add the pudding and stir until it thickens. Remove it from the heat and in a bowl separate 2/3 of the cream.
Add the chocolate to the larger amount of cream and stir until it melts.
Allow it to cool slightly and distribute it in cups (I tilted them slightly to one side and let them set in the fridge).
In the rest of the cream, add the pumpkin puree (leave about 1 tbsp. for decoration). Stir and distribute it in the cups.
Once it has completely cooled, garnish them with chopped walnuts, whipped cream roses, drizzle them with caramel and pipe out dots of the pumpkin puree.
The pumpkin and chocolate pudding is ready.
