How to make
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the salt. Mix the yogurt with vinegar and add the soda in them.
Add the dairy mixture to the eggs along with the oil and the crumbled white cheese.
Place the filo pastry sheets in a greased baking pan (smaller than the size of the filo pastry sheets) and wrinkle them with your fingers, so that small and large folds are obtained.
Spread the filling evenly, place the next sheet on top and proceeding in the same way.
Do not press down the sheets, but leave them wrinkled and with irregularities, between which the filling will get into and will fill up during baking.
The top sheet, which you will finish off with, also wrinkle and spread it with the remaining stuffing - only egg and milk.
Place it in a preheated oven at 340°F (170 degrees) and bake the filo pastry pie, until it aquires a golden brown color (about 30 minutes).
