How to make
The first thing we need to do is fold the filo pastry sheet one by one into a fan.
Arrange them in a greased baking pan.
Sprinkle it generously with melted butter and bake it in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, yogurt and baking powder.
Take out the baking pan with the filo pastry sheets and pour the mixture everywhere, with the help of a spoon, by making sure that the mixture enters between the folds of the filo pastry sheets.
Place it back into the oven and bake the filo pastry pie again until it aquires a golden color and until the topping is well baked.
Meanwhile, beat the water with sugar and vanilla and a little lemon juice until the sugar dissolves.
The finished syrup is not boiled, just stir as it is it for a while.
Pour it over the sweet filo pastry pie when it has cooled.
