How to make

The ribs are washed, then each piece is smeared with oil, salt, paprika and black pepper.

Arrange them in a baking pan and if desired you can cut potatoes and add them around the ribs.

In a cookware with a little hot water, mix 2 tbsp. of honey (100 g), the soy sauce and the beer.

Pour the mixture into the baking pan with the ribs, by making sure to pour it well everywhere.

Sprinkle with basil and oregano on top and place them in the preheated oven to bake at 360°F (180 degrees), for about 40-50 minutes, until they're fully cooked.

Enjoy your meal!
