  • potatoes - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • carrots - 1 tsp (5 g)
  • chervil - 1 tsp (5 g)
  • parsley - roots
  • black pepper
  • bay leaf
  • parsley - leaves
  • vinegar - 1 tablespoon

How to make

The cleaned and well-washed fish is placed in a broth made of water, vinegar and salt, which have had the carrots and chervil boiled in it ahead of time.

The boiled fish is removed and served with boiled potatoes, topped with melted butter and sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
