How to make
Peel and slice the well cooked potatoes. Arrange them in a baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add all the pieces of butter and bake for about 10-15 minutes. Clean the fish and smear it with salt, oil and spices.
Cut it lengthwise and wrap in foil. Stew in the oven for 30 minutes. Serve with baked potatoes.
