Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 7 oz (200 g) canned
  • green beans - 0.9 lb (400 g) canned
  • tomato puree - 2 - 3 tbsp.
  • universal spice
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • oil - 3 - 4 tbsp.
  • garlic - 1 - 2 cloves
  • onion - 1 onion
  • salt

How to make

Preheat the oven and place the baking pan inside of it.

Pour the oil into it and pour the peeled and chopped onions, as well as the crushed garlic.

Bake until they aquire a golden brown color.

Then add the paprika and stir. Add the tomatoes, tomato puree and green beans. Season the mixture with salt (if necessary).

Sprinkle with the universal spice, stir and pour a glass of warm water.

Place it back into the oven and bake, until it aquires a golden brown color.

The oven-baked lean green beans are ready.
