How to make
Wash the bulgur and strain it well. Pour it with salted boiling water, close the pot with a lid and leave it for half an hour. Add the milk, sugar, raisins and butter to the bulgur.
Put it on the stove and boil it for 20 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Remove it from the heat and add the vanilla.
Wait for it to cool a bit and distribute the dessert into bowls or cups.
The healthy dessert with bulgur is ready.
