This is a great healthy dessert that we can eat at any time.
The products don't necessarily need to be these exact ones. I used hazelnut tahini, any other sunflower, sesame, etc. can work ... whatever one you like. 4-5 dates can be used instead of honey for sweetening.
The recipe is more than simple - all of the products are place in a blender and they are blended.
