How to make
Hydrate the gelatin in cold water according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Heat the milk, water and yoghurt along with the sugar and honey. Cut one pear into small cubes and place it in the saucepan with the liquid to heat up.
This is how it will release its aroma.
When it is about to boil, remove it from the heat and as soon as the gelatin is hydrated, add it and stir.
Pour into cups. 3-4 cups are made from this amount of products.
Once cool, refrigerate it, so it can turn into jelly.
To turn the dessert into a plate, go over the edges of the cup with a damp knife and then shake it well, so it can drop into the plate.
Serve with thin slices of the other pear.
If it's not being served right away, sprinkle the pear with lemon juice so that it does not darken.
A light, easy and delicious dessert!
Enjoy!
