Ingredients

  • apricots - 3.3 lb (1.5 kg)
  • sugar - 1.5 lb (700 g)
  • gelfix extra - 1 sachet Dr. Oetker

How to make

Wash the apricots and remove their seeds. Add about 1/2 cup of water and boil them.

Once they soften, blend them with a blender. Add the sugar and the gelfix as indicated on the package.

Stir constantly for another 3-4 minutes and remove the pot from the heat.

Let the mixture cool and fill up jars with it.

Close them tightly with lids and boil the jars so that the lids stay on tightly, ie. 5 minutes after boiling.

Leave the jars to cool down and store them in a dark and cool place.
