How to make
Distribute the sugar into the Creme Caramel molds. Put them in a heated oven at 360°F (180°C), until the sugar caramelizes and take them out.
Beat the eggs with the condensed milk, add the milk and mix.
Fill the molds with the mixture and place them in a baking pan. Pour lukewarm water up to the middle of the bowls and put them in the oven.
Bake at 320°F (160°C) for about an hour. Leave the finished creme caramel to cool in the baking pan with the water.
