How to make
The water is put in a bowl, it is covered and held for 4 min at 600 W in the microwave.
Add the nescafe, sugar and vanilla.
The gelatin is softened with a little cold water, it is strained, put in a sauce bowl and kept for 1 1/2 minutes at 180 W, without covering it.
Stir and add to the coffee mixture. Add the two types of liqueur and mix well.
The bowl is placed in another larger one filled with ice.
The orange is washed very well, dried and the peel is grated.
The cream is whipped into a white fluffy mixture and half of it is put in the refrigerator. Mix the remaining cream with the grated peel and add it to the jelly when it starts to set.
Wet four molds and spread the Mocha Jelly into them.
Put it in the fridge.
Before serving, turn the jelly over into dessert plates and garnish it with the separated cream.
