  • powdered sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • cocoa - 1 tbsp. (100%)
  • instant coffee - 1/2 tsp.

How to make

Leave the cream in the refrigerator overnight.

Pour it into a large bowl. Add the cocoa, sugar and coffee.

Beat with a mixer, until a thick chocolate cream is obtained.

You can put it back in the fridge or immediately use the chocolate mocha cream for cakes, pastries or whatever you prefer.
