  • chocolate - 6.5 oz (180 g)
  • coffee - 3 tablespoons, brewed
  • eggs - 4
  • liqueur - 1 tablespoon, curacao
  • cream - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • hazelnuts

How to make

Place a container with the coffee in a hot water bath, add the chocolate and stir until dissolved, add the egg yolks and liqueur.

Beat the egg whites into hard snow, put the cream in and stir until the mixture hardens.

Combine it with the chocolate mixture and stir once again. Pour out the cream into glasses, decorate with finely chopped hazelnuts and cool.
