How to make
In a saucepan, mix the cocoa, chocolate, powdered sugar, vanilla and milk. Put the container on the stove and stir until boiling. Allow it to cool.
Meanwhile, beat the egg yolks and 1 whole egg. Add the remaining mixture and beat again. Add coffee and cream, then transfer into metal bowls.
Put them to bake in a water bath in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. Then, turn off the oven, leave inside for another 20 minutes.
Cool the cream in the fridge and serve with cookies as desired.
