Ingredients

  • chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • milk - 8 tbsp
  • sugar - 2 tbsp
  • vanilla - 2

How to make

Crumble the chocolate into small pieces. Then put it in a pot on the stove along with the sugar and milk.

In a thin trickle and while constantly stirring, add the beaten egg yolks.

Beat the mixture for a few more minutes on the stove, flavor with the vanilla and leave the cream to cool.

Once cooled, add the beaten to stiff snow egg whites. Serve the cream in cups or bowls.
