How to make
Beat the eggs well, add the sugar and beat until the mixture whitens. Add the rum, a few drops of orange essence and 1/5 cup (60 g) flour. Beat the mixture again and pour into a funnel made of stiff paper.
Cut a small hole at the bottom of the funnel and spray out round biscuits in an oiled baking dish. Put them to bake in a moderate oven.
After removing them, make a new paper funnel, decorate the biscuits with chocolate spread melted in a water bath - spray out a small floret in the center of each biscuit.
