How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar until white. Add the rum, orange essence and 1/5 cup (60 g) flour. Beat the mixture well and then pour into a handmade funnel bag.
Cut a hole in the bottom of the funnel (fingertip width). You can also use a pastry bag with a nozzle instead. Spray out rods or oval biscuits (whichever you prefer) in a lightly greased baking dish.
Put to bake in a preheated moderate oven until they get a nice tan.
