How to make
These biscuits are fat free, but still good. They are easy and quick to make.
Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer. Sift the flour along with the cocoa and baking powder and add to the eggs.
Add the vanilla essence and a pinch of salt. Stir with a spatula or spoon and beat well to remove any lumps of flour and until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Line a large oven tray with baking paper. Scoop from the dough with a teaspoon and pour it into the tray at a distance. The cookies shape themselves by slightly spreading out.
Immediately add chocolate drops on top of each cookie.
During this time, turn on the oven to heat up.
Bake the biscuits at 360°F (180°C). Bake with the fan on for 15 minutes.
The quick cocoa biscuits are ready.
