How to cook
Boil the milk with the sugar. Once boiling, set aside 1 cup of it into another container and leave to cool a bit. Once cooled, add the flour to it.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg yolks to foam and while stirring nonstop, pour them into the boiled milk (put it on the stove again).
Next add the diluted flour and stir until the cream thickens. Flavor with the vanillas.
Now add the beaten to snow egg whites and stir with a wooden spoon.
Distribute the cream into cups, put jam in the middle. Wait for it to cool.
Meanwhile, beat the confectionery cream with the sugar and milk. Decorate the cream with this mixture.
Pour the fruit syrup on at the very top.
