How to make
Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, use a spoon to scoop out the fleshy part and place it in a bowl.
It is immediately poured with freshly squeezed lemon juice and mashed. Add the cream cheese, grated lemon peel, olive oil and finely chopped dill.
Everything is mixed with a fork, until the products are homogenized. If you prefer a saltier taste, a little salt can be added to the spread.
The avocado mousse is served with toast or crackers.
