  • mayonnaise - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cream - 3.5 oz (100 g) thick
  • potatoes - 1

How to make

Peel the zucchini and cut them into cubes. Put them in boiling salted water and boil.

Leave them on a strainer until they are completely drained (they should not be watery). The potatoes are also boiled and mashed. Mix them with the strained zucchini.

In a separate bowl put the cream, 3-4 tablespoons of yogurt, and mayonnaise. Mix them.

It is best to mix with a mixer. Add chopped dill, salt, and pepper to taste. The mixture is added to zucchini and potatoes. Mixed them in.
