Cut the zucchini into thin slices, season them well with salt and black pepper, and roast in a grill or grill pan on both sides with a little olive oil.
Mix the two types of cheese in a bowl, add 1 1/3 tbsp (20 milliliters) of olive oil and mash them with a fork. Finally, add the chopped dill and mix well.
Cut the tomatoes into thick discs. Use one of these as a base. Spread the mousse and cheese mixture on it, add another slice of tomato and add a second layer of mousse, zucchini and finally end with a ball of mousse.
