Ingredients

  • zucchini - 3 - 5 pcs. (depends on the size, but they should be young without seeds inside)
  • olive oil - to spread on the zucchini
  • For the cheese mousse
  • processed cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g) with herbs

  • yellow cheese - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.
  • mustard - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper
  • garlic powder
  • fresh dill - for sprinkling
  • cherry tomatoes

How to make

Wash and dry the zucchini. Cut them into strips lengthwise. Grease them with olive oil and grill them. Cool them.

Prepare cheese mousse by mashing the cheese with a fork, season it with black pepper, garlic, mustard, mayonnaise and cheese. Stir the mixture.

Grab a roasted zucchini and with the help of a spoon put the mixture at one end and roll it up.

Arrange the rolls in a suitable plate. Arrange cherry tomatoes and olives around them. Sprinkle them with fresh dill and pour pomegranate sauce over them.

Serve them with white wine or rose. Enjoy!
