How to make
The zucchini are cleaned and cut lengthwise into 1-1.5 cm thick strips.
The turnip is peeled and sliced. All the pieces are salted and smeared on both sides with olive oil.
Grill them on a well-heated grill /preferably with a lid/ for 1 minute on each side.
Prepare a sauce from yogurt, crushed garlic, 2 tbsp. olive oil, salt and finely chopped dill.
The grilled vegetables are served, drizzled with the sauce along with a few olives.
