How to make
Wash the zucchini and cut into medium-thick slices. Arrange them in a greased tray and season them with spices.
Add oil and put them to bake until they turn golden. Optionally, you can flip them over once. Beat the yoghurt with garlic, cream, olive oil, dill and salt to taste.
Serve a portion of zucchini, topped with some of the sauce.
