If you love avocados or the flavor combinations in guacamole, then this avocado and coriander mousse will become your favorite. It is so fresh and tasty that one cannot stop eating it with toasted slices of bread or as a sauce for seafood and fajitas.
To prepare it with a fine and fluffy texture, it is best to use a blender, but you can also use a liquidizer.
Peel and remove the seed from the avocado and cut it. Put it in the jug of the appliance.
Grate half of the peel of the fragrant lime (only the green part, with a citrus grater). Squeeze its juice or peel it perfectly, including from the skins. Add it to the avocado.
Add the quark cream cheese or strained yogurt, coriander leaves, chives, garlic, black pepper and salt.
Blend everything until a smooth mixture is obtained and make the vegetable pate fluffy.
Serve the avocado mousse well-chilled and fresh.
