How to make
Sift the flour along with the baking powder. Pour it into a bowl and add salt, sugar and oil. The oil and sugar will add a golden color and elasticity to the blini.
Add the cashew milk to the mixture in a thin stream, while stirring frequently. You can use both homemade milk and store-bought milk.
Heat a non-stick pan. The heat of the hob should not be too strong.
Using a ladle, pour the mixture in the pan and bake the blini on both sides until they're done.
There is enough fat in the mixture and there is no need to add extra to the lean blini.
