How to cook
Beat the eggs with the yoghurt. Add the water, salt and baking soda.
Add the flour and stir until you get the consistency of cake dough.
Saute the sorrel in 2-3 tsp oil. Let it cool and add it to the dough.
Smear the saj with oil and put it on the stove (it needs to be cold so the saj doesn't crack).
Bake the blini on moderate heat.
