Ingredients

  • peppers - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • onion - 4 onions
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
  • black pepper
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp. (or lemon juice)
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • salt

How to make

The peppers are cleaned and along with the peeled onion and garlic are passed through a meat grinder.

Stew them in vegetable oil for about 15 minutes on low heat.

Add the spices and mix the meat sauce well.

The oriental sauce with peppers can be served with a slice of white bread.
