Fry the pre-washed and dried peppers whole in the oil until browned, then arrange them in a dish.
In the same oil, fry the cloves of garlic for about 1 minute. Add the tomato juice with the vinegar and boil for 1 minute. Pour the resulting sauce, salted to taste, over the peppers.
On top, sprinkle finely chopped parsley. Serve the dish cold.
