How to make
Cut the eggplant into slices. Add salt and leave it for 30 minutes, until the bitter juice is released.
Dry them with kitchen paper. Cut the peppers into large pieces. Fry the eggplant and peppers in heated fat. Take them out and place them onto kitchen paper, to absorb the excess fat.
Pour 1/2 cup of olive oil into a pan. Put the grinded walnuts, crushed garlic cloves, salt and pour a cup of warm water. Boil the mixture.
Arrange the eggplant and peppers onto a serving plate. Pour the walnut sauce over the vegetables and serve them.
