Ingredients

  • flour - 2 cups
  • eggs - 2
  • yoghurt - 1 cup (250 g)
  • feta cheese - 1 cup, crumbled
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Extinguish the baking soda in the vinegar, then add it to the yoghurt. Beat the eggs and mix them well with the yoghurt.

Gradually add the crumbled feta cheese. While constantly stirring, add the flour a little bit at a time, so that you get a soft dough. Shape the dough into little balls and fry them in highly preheated oil until ready.
