How to make
Sift the flour twice, add the salt to it. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add them to the flour.
Add the baking soda to the yoghurt, stir well and add to the other ingredients. Knead a dough, sprinkle it with flour and leave to rest for 30 min.
Once it's ready, roll it out into a 2 1/2″ (6 cm) thick sheet. Cut out fritters using a knife and fry them in heated oil.
Optionally, you can serve the fritters sprinkled with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
