How to make
Boil the hearts in about 6 1/5 cups (1.5 l) of salted water for about 15-20 minutes. Fry the onions, peppers, champignon mushrooms and rice in a pan for about 10 minutes and add spices as desired.
Mix everything together in a pan with the juices from the hearts and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until the water boils off.
Then pour on the prepared topping and bake for another 10-odd minutes.
