How to make
Rinse the rice and drain it. Heat the oil in a pot and fry the onion. Add the rice and fry it too. Season with spices and add a can of chopped tomatoes with the sauce.
Once it bubbles, transfer the mixture to an oven dish, distribute the chopped up chicken and top up with 1-2 cups warm water.
Put it to bake, until the rice absorbs the liquid. Serve with chopped parsley.
