How to make
Mix the flour, sugar and salt, add the butter and cream cheese and knead until it becomes like crumbs. Add the cream and vanilla, knead (do not add too much flour - it's best to put a little and add more only if needed). Mix the dough on a well floured surface, divide it into 4 parts, wrap them in foil and place them in the refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours (overnight would be best).
Combine the jam, walnuts and raisins. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll out each part into a circle (separately, so the dough does not sit at room temperature for too long) then cut into 8 triangles. The wide part of each triangle gets 1 teaspoon of the filling, roll it up into a roll and place on a tray covered with baking paper.
Smear with cream and sprinkle them with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Bake in a preheated oven at 370°F (190 °C) for about 20-25 minutes.
