How to make
Peel the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
Melt the butter in a pot. Add the mushrooms and fry them until they aquire a golden brown color.
Add the flour and fry for about 5 minutes.
Pour the cold milk in a thin stream and while stirring the Bechamel sauce with a wire whisk at all times.
Add the spices and wait for the mushroom sauce to thicken.
Turn off the hob and serve the Bechamel sauce with mushrooms along with your prepared favorite steaks.
