How to make
Cut the turkey into pieces and put it to fry with 3 tablespoons of oil. Once browned, sauté the chopped onion, tomato paste, and flour, seasoned with paprika, in the same oil.
Top with hot water, wine and cook over medium heat. In the remaining oil, sauté the diced carrots, celery, then add them to the dish.
Cut the mushrooms and potatoes coarsely and add them in as well, along with the peas. Once well boiled, add the cut into pieces tomatoes.
Sprinkle with crushed parsley before serving.
